In this week’s Episode #10 “At My Lowest Point” things start to take a darker turn as we explore the world of mental health and talk about the impact that it has had in our marriage.

An anonymous friend shares her battle with depression and Seth and I walk through some of the early signs in our marriage that we really needed help, Les and Leslie Parrott of Seattle Pacific University also join in the conversation and share their thoughts about the impact that mental health has on relationships.

We share a lot of really hard thoughts and ideas in this episode but please remember that we were going to therapy and talking to medical professionals and counselors at our church while we were going through this part of our lives so we were not alone and we were sharing our thoughts with those around us.
